Meet your Facilitators

Megyn Robertson

Megyn Robertson is a highly experienced and dedicated physiotherapist with a passion for utilizing both her clinical expertise and hands-on skills to facilitate recovery. With nearly a decade of specialized experience in concussion management and over 20 years in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, she has worked extensively with both professional and amateur athletes.

Her career highlights include serving as a physiotherapist for the National Swimming Team at the 2011 FINA Aquatics World Championships in China and as the travelling team physiotherapist for the South African National Men’s Hockey Team for two years, culminating in the 2014 Hockey World Cup in the Netherlands.

Megyn holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and a Master’s in Orthopaedic Manipulative Physiotherapy. As a published clinician, she seamlessly integrates academic and clinical expertise, lecturing on concussion management both nationally and internationally. She also serves as a specialist concussion consultant for national sports teams and has extensive experience in developing and delivering practical courses and workshops focused on concussion prevention.

A strong advocate for interdisciplinary collaboration in physiotherapy, Megyn emphasizes teamwork across sports, neurological, vestibular, and musculoskeletal physiotherapy. Given the complexity of concussion, she believes this integrated approach is essential in advancing both treatment and prevention strategies.
